Joseph LoCoco is the founder and principal at JLDB. He has been in business for 12 years. He is a skilled and experienced associate architect with over twelve years of professional experience managing design/build projects. Joe has a proven track record for the successful completion of several multi-million dollar projects. He is well-versed in all nuances of the business, including project estimating, mitigating design problems, document preparation, building regulations, and site management through the Certificate of Occupancy.
